Students were able to show off their carpentry skills learned in their trade, while working along side workers at new construction of a factory warehouse, formerly General Motors,  located next door to Flint Genesee Job Corps.  Students constructed higher receiving docks which will make materials easier to transit in and out the factory, along with other request in which they did a great job.  The general manager was impressed with the skills students learned in class and brought with them to the work-site.  So great, that two students were hired to continue working on different projects at different sites as well.  Great job students.  Staff and fellow peers are proud of you!
