The Flint Genesee Job Corps Center is pleased to announce their partnership with the Genesee County Habitat for Humanity, finalizing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) .  The MOU establishes joint processes and procedures that will enable parties to fully integrate the current service delivery systems, assist students achieving agreed upon career tech and academic skills, support industry-specific certificate requirements as applicable, while not discriminating against students with disabilities.  Habitat for Humanity offers job shadowing, work based learning (WBL), community volunteer events, training while working will skilled tradesmen,  and other valuable services.  We look forward to working closely with the Genesee County Habitat for Humanity  for opportunities which will best serve our students and our community!
