The Flint/Genesee Job Corps Centers Child Development Center had a special event before students left for the Easter Holiday.  “Solo” parents and their small children were appreciative of the Easter party sponsored by the American Medical Society at the child care center,  which was complete with Easter baskets with gifts for each child, refreshments, and games.  The partnership with American Medical Society made students even more aware of community partners who care about them, as well as their children.  Members of the American Medical Society were glad to see the smiles on the small children, who otherwise may not have been able to receive the items during the holiday.
