On September 21st, 2023, Finch Henry Job Corps attended the ‘NAVSEA-DOL Job Corps Gulf Coast Shipbuilding Hiring Fair’ at Mississippi Job Corps Center in Crystal Springs, MS. Alongside other Job Corps Centers that attended, our students were able to speak with shipbuilding companies partnered with the Department of Navy for career opportunities. Here were the following companies that attended: International Union of Painters & Allied Trades, Ingalls Shipbuilding, Bollinger Shipyards, Austral USA, Hiller, and Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc.
