EJCA Advanced Culinary Arts students and chefs catered and wait staffed a very special event for the Domestic Violence Resource Center of South County the evening of August 16, 2011. The event was hosted at the South County Museum in Narragansett, RI and a wonderful time was had by all. The successful event provided EJCA students an opportunity to shine as they served hot and cold appetizers, light fare, desserts and beverages. Garrie Borden, Director of Public Relations, Grants & Events for DVRC states, “Everyone was so amazed by your crew”. EJCA students and chefs look forward to supporting this very special event in 2012.
