On July 28th, Janet Contois of Greggs Restaurant, Bryan Sawyer, Gloria Gemma Foundation and Carol Donnely Flames of Hope team member and Breast Cancer survivor met with EJCA staff and students to prepare for the annual 2011 Flames of Hope event in Providence, RI during the October Waterfire. EJCA Culinary and Student Government Association students will be participating in the event this year in many ways. Culinary students and staff will be located in the Flames of Hope village to present a Healthy Cooking demonstration. During Waterfire, Advanced Culinary students will be hosting a fund raising Chocolate dessert tent throughout the evening. www.gloriagemma.org
