EJCA hosted Mr. Gerry Fernandez on February 23rd at our own Culinary Cafe.  Mr. Fernandez was able to enjoy the culinary selection prepared for him before meeting with all Culinary Arts and Hospitality students. He commended our students on their recent ProStart win and was quiteimpressed with the quality and service in the Culinary Cafe. He is an in-demand speaker and presentor for many of America’s best-known companies and brands and we really appreciated his visit to Exeter. Mr. Fernandez’s presentation focused on his upbringing, his vast experience in the culinary, food service and hospitality industries.
