EJCA meets the Ground Hog at a center job shadow

EJCA was honored to host the Rhode Island Ground Hog at their center in preparation for the 2012 Ground Hog Job Shadow Day kick-off events.  The RI Ground Hog visited with the Center Director Mr. DiPina and Culinary Arts Chef Santos and Chef Bennison. EJCA Culinary Arts and Hotel Hospitality students participated in the Rhode Island GHJSD keynote event at the Providence Marriot and then multiple Panera Bread restaurants throughout the state. This event was hosted by the Rhode Island Hospitality Association and their industry leaders, restaurant partners and food industry suppliers.
