EJCA Culinary Arts student Sean Austin has been accepted to the Advanced Baking and Pastry program at Penobscot Job Corps Center in Bangor, ME.  Sean was a very active student and participated in Leadership programming, SGA, community service and catering events. Sean was a leader in developing and implementing the national recognized anti-bullying program Rachel’s Challenge on center. He shined in the kitchen and we are all proud of his many accomplishments. Here is an example of one of his delicious deserts.
