JOB CORPS On Saturday October 27th 2012 students and staff from the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center and its Kansas City Alternate Training Location participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. A total of 35 students, staff, and guests show for the event. All braved the early cold temperatures and showed team spirit and support of the center in the t-shirts the center purchased to wear. The 5k walk was a great experience to get out with like minded citizens in the Kansas City area community and show support of this cause. In total $220 was raised.
