13 students in the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Naval JROTC program and 2 staff attended a drill meet on SaturdayNovember 6th 2010 in Springfield, Missouri at Willard High School. This was the first time in the 16 year history of the program that they placed in a competition. The students took 2nd place in Personnel Inspection.
Throughout the fall, the students will continue to compete in other drill meets throughout the area.
