Physical fitness is a priority for the students of the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center. Staff from Recreation recently held the ESJCC 5-K which featured 13 students and one staff. Runners had to complete a trip around the center six times. Congratulations to winner Derius who completed with a time of 26:10.

Students from the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center participated at the Warrior Dash. The three mile obstacle course combined lots of mud along with fire, climbing, tunnels, and water. It was held in late April in Kansas City.
