On Wednesday May 18th Chef Chuck Kirby, who is a Corporate Chef for a food broker—Elite Food Service Specialists was on center to assist with serving breakfast for lunch in the cafeteria. Chef Kirby has been coming to ESJCC for the past 11 ½ years. He assists with meal planning to include foods from manufactures that he brokers. These foods are purchased through the food vendors that carry the needed food products. He adds pizzazz to the meal and the students always welcome his appearance in our kitchen and serving areas. Depending on the food products that are to be served, he utilizes the assistance of Culinary Arts students.
