The week of June 13th to the 17th four Culinary Arts students from the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center participated in a nationwide Culinary Arts Expo that featured 18 other centers at Atlantic Cape Community College in New Jersey. While our students did not place in the overall competition, they were recognized as having done well in five of eight categories that included presentation of their dishes and methods of preparing the food.
