On Wednesday October 5th Culinary Arts students and staff provided lunch for the Northland Coalition Legislator’s Luncheon and Advocacy Forum. The event was held at the Platte County Assistance Center and was attended by two state representatives and two state senators as well as the assistant for another. A representative from the office of US Representative Sam Graves was also in attendance. This luncheon provided the opportunity for various agencies to speak directly with these elected representatives. Several in attendance recognized the students for doing such a great job on preparing a great meal.
