On Tuesday November 9th 2010 Heart of America Council Learning for Life Director Lisa Thomas presented Recreation Director Vicki Kahler with the National Award of Excellance Certificate. Learning for Life is a Scouting program for use by educators that teaches ethical decision making and life skills, among other things.
