Rome Training CEO, Jeff Newman presents to the Career Transition class regarding vision, motivational, and techniques to keep the students inspired and working towards the goals. Jeff encouraged the students to work together  with Job Corps staff to achieve better results. Jeff also reviewed the importance of setting SMART goals. The Career Transitional Readiness class shared their input with motivation and vision and shared openly how to address the work force given this current pandemic. Students also asked question about mental illness, how to keep their mindset positive during this time. Jeff shared strategies to keep and healthy mindset for the students.
