Mayor Elsie Foster declared. July 24th as “Tony Staynings Day.”   In a ceremony attended by over 90 friends and family Mayor Foster shared her admiration for Tony’s committment and dedication to serve youth within and outside of Job Corps.  She stated, I have known Tony Staynings for over 25 years and his dedication and commitment to our young people is without question.  I am honored to bestow this recognition and know the students at Job Corps are in good hands.”
