On June 7, 2018 former student Aaron Brown presented to community leaders and Job corps students. His topic of discussion was ” No Excuses” Aaron informed the crowd of his former background of laziness and street life, he decided to turn his life around with the direction of his mother. Aaron attended Job Corps in 2010, at times he wanted to leave everything behind and quit on his future. A turning point in Aaron’s life was when he decided to listen to the coaching from staff at Job Corps and pursue computers with all of his heart. Aaron heeded the advice gained all of his certifications and went on to  becoming an international speaker and mentor for students. Aaron is one of the many success stories for Job Corps in Edison.
