Edison Job Corps Opens Gourmet Cafe

Edison Job Corps Culinary Arts trade recently rolled out a full-scale operating Café that offers three lunch sessions every Friday. Hosting nine guests at a time, Aloe Café provides a top of the line culinary experience. Boasting a full menu of options for all, the menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to students and staff alike. The award-winning chef Ralph Amiano uses the best quality ingredients to produce dishes that are simply delightful.

Tickets to Aloe Café are available for staff to purchase from the Finance Department and reservations are required well in advance for the hottest restaurant in all of Edison, New Jersey. All proceeds go to the Edison Job Corps Student Government Association. In its first two months of operation, Aloe Café and the students of the Culinary Arts program have hosted staff for student recognition events, employers seeking to learn more about the program, executive vice presidents from our corporate office, and other staff who can’t wait to grab a bite on Fridays.  By,  Jay Okon: Business Community Liaison
