BSM, Business Success Management firm, which is a minority & women, owned business enterprise has been extremely involved since its initial visit to the Edison Job Corps Academy last July. Not every day, do you meet people whose professionalism and natural corporate citizenship shines right through. Such are however the owner and founder of BSM, Bijou Anwer and VP of Operations, Mohamed Ebrahim. Upon their appointment to the Edison Job Corps Academy Industry Advisory Council (IAC) in July 2010 they immediately got involved. BSM, a specialized IT boutique with over a decade of experience in Business Consulting, IT integration, Project Management, Supply Chain / Operations Solutions and Staff Augmentation based out of Edison, NJ has been providing Office Administration and A+/MCTS certified students both with internship as well a full time employment opportunities. In addition, the company provides technical support by delivering speeches about IT industry and providing job shadowing opportunities. Mr. Ebrahim has also joined the Edison Job Corps team as a mentor and volunteer and teaches on a weekly basis Empowerment and Career Development course to those who are interested to enhance their skills in that area. The list of BSM involvement goes way beyond the credit that it’s given and the Edison Job Corps is proud and appreciative to have BSM staff provide their ongoing support to our young professionals.
