On October 26, 2018, the BCL coordinated a blood drive for all Edison Job Corps students,  the  students and staff  donated, and the results were overwhelming.  Over 65 students donated, including students and  staff members, and together they donated  blood. Each pint of blood donated has the ability to help up to three people. Inspiring others to donate blood was a rewarding way to benefit  the students and community.
