• Edison Job Corps Community Relations Luncheons (CRC). Meetings allow forming new community partnerships and generate support for volunteer activities.  It is an excellent opportunity not only to learn more about Edison Job Corps program but also to meet employers, schools and university representatives, non-profits, faith-based organizations, local government, media and many other members who meet to support Edison Job Corps Academy. Usual attendance is 60-80 members (from various areas of NJ & NY).
Participants are encouraged to utilize our “resource table”  to display  materials about their company/organizations (eg: job openings, events they would like to promote, their  volunteering needs, and general information about their business etc.). Hot lunch is provided by Edison Job Corps Culinary Arts students. For new members and those who didn’t have a chance to visit academy’s campus–tour is provided immediately following the luncheon. The event is free to attend.
