Lina Hollman is a motivational coach, speaker and instructor for the Job Corps program. Ms. Hollman has an ability to reach her students. The CTS team and BCL are working together with the class to ensure virtual job fairs are taking place, career coaches and employers are attending the class to provide advice for students. The students are learning goal setting, professional techniques, and interviewing skills. The staff are ensuring students are trained and prepared for the work force. To date several students have been placed in positions that are closely related to the trade studied while attending Job Corps. During the pandemic the students are demonstrating great perseverance to complete the Job Corps program with employment.
