YRC Worldwide and Ohio Valley Marine Service, Inc. are both training partners with the Earle C. Clements Job Corps in Morganfield, KY and are located on campus.
YRC Worldwide trains young men and women to gain a commercial drivers license (CDL).  Earle C. Clements Job Corps graduates of the program are eligible for employment with YRC Yellow Roadway earning great wages while traveling the United States.  YRC Worldwide continues to hire Earle C. Ohio Valley Marine, Inc. sponsors a deckhand training program serving the inland marine industry.  Earle C. Clements Job Corps graduates of this program earn $85 to $180 a day and may work to the position of captain to earn $320 to $525 a day.  Earle C. Clements Job Corps deckhand graduates enter the work force after a four month program.
