Senator Rand Paul’s Louisville area Field Representative Jennifer Decker attended the 2011 Kentucky Job Corps Consortium Industry Council meeting held in Louisville in November.  “Job Corps improves lives, changes lives, and in a certain respect saves lives.  I applaud you and walk away (each time) more enthused.  The students are productive and successful.  I will advise the Senator about what you all are doing,”  Ms. Decker informed the group.
