Students from Earle C. Clements took first and second place in the International Masonry Institute’s Mosaic Challenge.  Peter Sotelo, the IMI Region 2 Director, commented that their judges were blown away with the craftsmanship of both projects. The first place trophy and $75 gift cards were awarded to Adrian Munson and Quanire McFarland-Glover for their white tiger mosaic.  The second place trophy and a $50 gift card was awarded to Juan Harden for his sun & moon mosaic. All of the Earle C. Tile Setting students enjoyed a pizza party to celebrate the win. Mr. Sotelo said Tile Setting Instructor Rob Guenther and his students did such a great job and thanked Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center for being such great partners of IMI.
