Congratulations to Jack Wickham, student at Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy. Because of his exceptionally high score on his Microsoft Word certification exams, he has been named Kentucky Champion and selected to represent Kentucky in the 2023 Microsoft Office Specialist U.S. National Championship in Orlando, Florida on June 26-28, 2023. At the competition, he will compete against the other top scoring students across the U.S. to win scholarships, prizes, trophies, certificates, the title of U.S. National Champion, as well as an all-expenses paid trip to the World Championship! Jack has been an exemplary student who has completed his first trade, Office Assistant, and just finished up his second trade, Materials Handling. Jack, who was promoted to Corporal in the Pre-Military program, is a role model and recent graduate, who earned the Center Director’s Award for his excellent achievements. We, at Earle C. Clements, are extremely proud of him, and his current and future accomplishments. We know he’ll do great things. Go Jack!!
