Field Representative for Congressman Ed Whitfield, Ed West is not only an active Earle C. Clements Job Corps Community Relations Council  member, he accompanied the ECC BCL on a tour of River View Coal, LCC in support of a Work-Based Learning partnership between ECC Job Corps and River View Coal developing internships for ECC Job Corps students interested in the coal industry.
