The Detroit Job Corps Center attended the Urban League of Detroit and Southeastern Michigan Salute to Distinguished Warriors Dinner. The dinner recognized individuals over the age of sixty-five that gave to their community. The league honored Representative John Conyers, former Chrysler executive Roy Levy Williams and George Barnes, the owner of Heritage Optical Centers among others as it celebrates its 100th anniversary.
