Every other week students of Job Corps are paid a very small stipends.　 At the pay tables jars are placed for students to donate their change that will be used for “Toys for Tots.”　 Christmas 2010 will be much brighter for 6 children of the community.　 These pennies, nickels, and even occasional dollars bought an Easy Bake Oven, movies, trucks, dolies, blocks, and those funky hats that so many of the children are wearing.　 Several Job Corps students reported that if it wasn’t for programs like Toys for Tots, they wouldn’t have had Christmas as a child.　 It was important to be able to give back and the Denison Job Corps students were able to honor the true meeting of Christmas.
