Bean bag game

Bean bag game

As a new student in the Carpentry program at Denison Job Corps, one of your first assignments would be to become proficient with the hand saw. New students to the Carpentry area took on the challenge. They had a goal. The city wanted to have Bean Bag games made for the Annual 4th of July celebration. The city of Denison bought the supplies and instructor Don Whitney put his students to work. Before long, carpentry students completed the job with pride. The games were transported to the Paint shop where Instructor, Todd Langlois put his painting students to work; colorful finishes were applied. Students received project training as they moved forward in their trades. The students are pleased to be able to have completed this project for the city of Denison.
