On Friday, April 15, Orion Darder, Counselor and Eric Possemato, ELH Trade Instructor participated in community service at the Fremont Park in Fremont Center, NY. The students cleaned, painted, raked, and did many other spring sprucing up chores as needed to prepare for the upcoming summer activities. The bathrooms and the concession stands were spruced up and readied for use. The students painted areas that needed touching up. The playground was raked. Lunch was prepared on the grill. Student’s participated in cooking which was fun for everyone. To add a little fun before the bus came to get the students they all engaged in activities including baseball and football. Other students went and enjoyed nature down by the creek which was very exciting for the students.
