The Dayton Job Corps helps another student gain employment prior to departure. Today Aisha Kershaw was offered employment after she work at her Work Base site for 1 month. Her Work Base site is at Brighton Gardons Retirement Community. While there she exemplified great leadership skills among other work base learning students, she took her skills learned while on center and made a difference at Brighton Gardens. Because she was so impressive and demonstrated great CNA skills her employer asked her to accept a position with thier company. Aisha last day on center is October 5, 2010 and she’s ready to work.
