Culinary Arts Department Fairs with the American Federal Federation

Last week our Culinary Arts Department met with the American Federal Federation and other area Chefs who are apart of the USDA Lamb Board. 

Our students teamed up with area Chefs and were taught how to prepare a Leg of Lamb.  Because of their participation 15 students obtained 1 hour of continuous credit.  Great Experience!!
