Yesterday, Whitney M. Young Jr. Job Corps Center held its Community Relations Council Meeting. This meeting was a great success where community members inquired more as to the Job Corps program, life at Job Corps, and potential partnerships. Attendees came from many different sectors in the community including, but not limited to: a representative from Senator Rand Paul’s office, HUD, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and Catholic Charities of Louisville. Whitney M. Young Jr. Job Corps Center is incredibly grateful for this opportunity to gain insight from the community and thanks all attendees for their input and participation.
