Collbran Job Corps Center hosted its quarterly “Know Your Farmer, Know Your Food.”  The Collbran JCC has a strong partnership with our Community Relations Committee (CRC).  The CRC plans and presents these quarterly.  This quarter centered on the beef industry; a large component of this region.  The Cattlewomen of Plateau Valley, a brand inspector, a representative of the Future Farmers of America and a butcher all had presentations.  Where do our hamburgers come from?  Now we know!
