Collbran Job Corps waves good-bye to our departing students all morning.  In the afternoon, staff do their CPR/FA/AED/Blood Borne Pathogens training to be certified for another year.

On 12/16/15 all staff meet in the dining hall to have breakfast.  Training then begins by our center director, Gove Aker.  A day of center culture, OMS, BMS review, file review, safety, CMHC, a review of the past year and upcoming plans.  It is always a FULL day.   The town marshal came in and along with our center director,  reviewed active shooter disaster policies. 

Staff enjoyed a pot-luck lunch in the middle of all the training.  When training was finished, there was a lot of laughs with the annual white elephant activity.  A day of all staff being together really helps one another to get to know each other better.
