JOB CORPS The Cleveland Job Corps Center (CJCC) Field Day 2022 was a success. It was a great day for a great event. Thursday, August 25th, 2022 the Student and staff body were on grounds.
Competition was fierce. Team spirits permeated the Center grounds and REC on both ends.
There were activities galore, going on. Egg and Spoon races, Obstacle course, 3-Point Shootout, Tug of War, Water balloons, Watermelon Eating Contest, Pass the bucket, and Kickball, games. UNO, CONNECT 4, JENGA,, Hula Hoop and BINGO games and lots of camaraderie amongst students and staff was amazingly amazing to watch, says Ms. Wally Espada, our Business Community Liaison.
The Social Development Department and our Student Government Association (SGA) along with many staff from other departments all cooperated, came together, assisting with anything and everything that needed to be done, to make this Field Day, a day to remember. Together, they all made this happen. As the competitions went on, the remaining students and staff were the spectators that cheered the competitions on.
Our Cleveland Job Corps Center is a winning TEAM. We all work hard and play harder. And we are open for enrollment.
