Espada receives a very important visitor on Center today. Ohio State Highway Patrolman H. Morales picked up BCL”s business card at local Restaurant “El Rincon Criollo”, where Espada had placed it, as an Outreach strategy. Which connected him to Job Corps for potential collaborative partnership opportunities in this new upcoming year. He decided right then and there to pay us a visit. I am so glad he did.
