Every Wednesday and Friday, I witness a beautiful sight outside my window… that makes my heart feel JYFUL. Above and beyond what I see everyday.

Unable to take pictures to share with you, because, they are the new student prospects with their parents, guardians, and or custodians walking by. Touring our Center. However, the view is amazing. I enjoy the view while I imagine the possibilities….

Today I happened to notice that our OBS is 125. Big “SHOUT OUT” to our Outreach & Admissions Team. They are doing an outstanding job. I know that our planned OBS expectation is 346. But, considering the times we are living, to have 125 on board is great.

Which encourages me to reach out to everyone to get ideas brewing and in place for RETENTION. It saddens me when I see students missing in action in UA Status. (Unauthorized Absence) and or resigning without completing, and or being terminated for Zero Tolerance (ZT) offenses that renders them to be “booted out”.

So, any and all ideas, suggestions are welcome. Please share yours in comments below…We are in the business of creating the Leaders of our Tomorrows, so all ideas and or suggestions are coveted.
