Team work for retention at our Cleveland JCC

Excellent Teamwork with student retention occurs daily at CJCC.  Together Everyone Accomplishes More.  Like the pieces of a puzzle, all pieces play an important part to complete the whole picture.  Providing HOPE for a better future today, every day.  All day.  In all that we do to encourage, influence and inspire our students to stay and SUCCEED.  Crossing all bridges of HOPE.  It takes a Village.  We are That VILLAGE!  BRAVO!   Investing in the leaders of our tomorrows daily. 24/7.   One student at a time. We are on sacred training grounds.  What a privilege it is,  to be influencers, teachers, counselors, social developers, care takers.   Every moment spent on positive, purposeful  and kind intervention will result in the maximum return invested by each and everyone of us here on Center.    I am endeavored to write Success stories.  This right here is a success story in the making.   I  am endeavored to write about;  to convince our supporters in Capitol Hill,  that here at  our Cleveland Job Corps Center, we provide the foundation for SUCCESS in all that we do.  As we  IMAGINE the POSSIBILITIES.   Much is at stake as each student is found, recruited, processed, enrolled; then gets to walk through our gates and placed in our care.   Summary Graph’s like the one below is what I am talking about.  This is the fruit of our labor.  Thank you, TEAM Cleveland. KUDDO’S for a job well done as a TEAM. This is how we do it…TOGETHER here at CJCC.  __________________________________________________________
Summary Graph (paraphrased)
” A male student wanted to leave the program.  He had been in contact with Ms. Jolly, Counselor Supervisor,  and Ms. Minor, Career Counselor, Mr. Marquis, RC and LPN Miree. All of whom spoke to the student regarding  the importance of completing the program.  The student stated that he would try to be consistent and punctual.  Miree offered continued  assistance.” (and so “he stayed”)
