Highlight of my day…A surprise visit. This right here is our reward. The return in our investment.  Not monetarily, but of time. Patience. Dedication and on-going encouragement. Counsel. Teaching. Role Modeling. Mentoring. Educating them. Equipping them, by Empowering them to believe they can succeed. Redirecting their path. Creatively inspiring them. With enthusiasm and great efforts to awaken in them that feeling to want to succeed.
