The Cleveland Job Corps Academy leadership Class along with our (SGA) Student Government Association partnered with the City of East Cleveland Ohio  and the MLK Civic & Communty Center. The CJCC students  painted the hallway & offices . They also cleaned out storage areas and rearranged the equipment in the storage areas.  MLK Center services youth and senior seniors through out the year. According to the  Executive Director, Greg Bell , many  lives will be positively impacted because the youth  will have a safe place to play. In additon, CJCC has constructed two  Community Gardens in the City of East Cleveland as a part of the neighborhood revitalization program. Mayor Gary Notrton of  East Cleveland presented a proclamation to the CJCC for outstanding service in the City of East Cleveland. Reach one Teach One is the MLK Center Motto.
