Local Community Activist and “grass roots volunteer”, Wilfredo Espada, supports local Chocolits Soul Food Kitchen in serving our awards winning Fifth District Police Officers and guest at the Awards Banquet. Hosted by Cleveland Job Corps Center, on Thursday, October 20th, 2019. After greeting and welcoming, officers and guest from the City of Cleveland. Serving all in attendance with Random Acts of Kindness in collaboration with Never Give Up Never Quit initiative. Espada says, “Another mission accomplished. I am grateful and honored to be able to serve my community and our local servicemen and women of the fifth district Police department. Tonight was an award winning ceremony for our honorable police officers. I was able to serve all with random acts of kindness creating hope for a better future today through Never Give Up Never Quit –  America’s Cheerful Charity of Random Acts of Kindness. Big shout out to Cleveland Job Corps for supporting our community and allowing this ceremony to take place in their facilities. It was a wonderful evening where I got to meet Councilmen, the mayor of Cleveland, the Sergeant and Chief of staff of 5th district Police department and an array of honorable servicemen and women police officers. We celebrated with a wonderful catered dinner from Chocolits Soul Food Kitchen. Our community came together, we broke bread together, and all in attendance, had a good time making great memories”. Espada concluded.
