The results are in, and the Cleveland Job Corps Center is proud to announce the winners of the Student Government Association (SGA) 2021 election. SGA officers serve as a channel of communication between the Center and the student body. Please join us in congratulating the newly elected SGA Executive Board members: President Mahogany Hogan (Pharmacy Technician), Vice President Nicole Krofta (Facilities Maintenance), and Treasurer Whitney Carter (Nursing Assistant).
President
Mahogany Hogan
As president, I am the voice for the students as well as the staff. I have made it my duty to lead those who may be lost, guide those who need guidance, and reassure those who may lose hope, to remind everyone that we are one big Job Corps family. This is not a one-person job, because everyone’s voice matters. As president, I plan to make necessary changes within our Job Corps home for the betterment of everyone.
Vice President
Nicole Krofta
I want to help with communication and fairness between both students and staff members. I plan to work to build a better community, for everyone in the center can grow to be the best version of themselves when they graduate.
Treasurer
Whitney Carter
As a member of SGA, I am learning how to be a responsible young leader. I want to show my fellow peers they can be leaders too and help them recognize there is not anything they cannot achieve if they try. Being here is an amazing opportunity, and we can all succeed
