Instruction and training include: business math, business reports, typing, filing systems, record keeping, IC1 GS5 key application, IC3 GS5 Computing fundamentals, IC3 GS5 living online, MOS word 2013 or 2016, MOS excel 2013 or 2016, workstation management, office safety, office procedures, and environmental practices. Additionally, as an Office Administration Trainee you will learn to prepare emails and letters, schedule meetings, and develop telephone etiquette.
The Office Administration course is about four to five months long and includes a 180-hour clinical internship.
