City of Cleveland – Division of Police, Fifth District Police Awards 2022
Where there is a will, there is a way. Mission Accomplished. Our Cleveland Job Corps Center (CJCC) Team did it again. Coming together under the directives and willingness to help, collaboration of our fearless leaders, Ms. Cathy Williams, Center Director, Ms. Yolanda Ooten, Social Development Director, Ms. Melonie Harrell, Security Manager, Ms. Belinda Bray, Security Officer, Mr. Mike Yager , HBI BCT Instructor, Mr. Jonathan J Parries Sr., Property Manager and Ms. Willeen Anderson, Recreational Specialist, it took our entire Village here at CJCC, in collaboration with the City of Cleveland and Ms. Theasha A. Daniely, Manager, Community Relations Board, to make it all happen. After months planning and overcoming obstacles and barriers, our staff, and our students, so many to mention by name, (they know who they are), from all departments came through and our City of Cleveland Fifth District Police Officers Awards Banquet was a success. This, after (3) three years hiatus, since our last hosted event for the City of Cleveland (due to COVID restrictions) here on grounds in our Recreational Center, yesterday October 20th, 2022, our Cleveland Job Corps Center, broke barriers and was honored and greatly privileged, to serve our Fifth District Police once again. As host of their Awards Ceremony. Big round of applause is merited for everyone involved that put in their piece of the puzzle to make it happen collaboratively. As it really takes a Village. We are a part of that Village, and together we all created a “master piece”, yesterday evening… says Wally Espada, Business Community Liaison for CJCC.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED after many hours behind the scenes, long working hours and arduous follow up for clearance. Our Village here at CJCC, did it! A special thanks to Stacy Y.
