Beautifying the Gardens via Art expressions is our new off center initiative at our very own EC Grows Community Gardens.  Showing the Garden leaders the artistical talent we have on board within our student body,  via pictures, they were impressed.  And quickly a conversation evolved around the idea of having our students with artistical talent, to beautify the garden grounds with artistical displays that will enhance the visibility of the garden.  And create an amazing “curb appeal”.  So, “say no more”, I responded.  Assigned a student right then and there to spearhead this initiative.  Our very own Student Government Secretary Shantell Steed volunteered to round up all our artistically talented students and we will begin as soon as the Garden says we can start.  They offered to supply the paint and brushes.  And we will supply the artist on center to start this “ARTification” Project, “pronto”.  Be on the look out for updated pictures of the ARTification at EC Grows Community Gardens.
