Michelle Bowman, a local leasing agent came to speak to students in the Career Transition class on November 8^th.  She shared valuable information about ways to look for an apartment and things that leasing agents look for in a good rental candidate.    Ms. Bowman  suggested ways to establish a good credit history and the importance of making a good impression.  Rental agents look for someone that presents themselves as organized, stable and a good risk.  She also recommended that each student get a copy of their credit reports on www.freeannualcreditreport.org.  The students asked good questions and the information was very valuable.
